2. Not for emergencies

The website, our phone line and WhatsApp are not emergency services. For a medical emergency, call 112 or go to a hospital.

3. Booking requests

Submitting the online form, calling or sending a WhatsApp message is a request for an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you. Clinical services are provided at our clinics, subject to assessment, and fees are explained before treatment.

4. Information you give us

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. If you book for someone else, such as a child or family member, you confirm you have their permission or are legally authorised to act for them. How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and trademarks on the website, including Maana Spine and Maana Spine DTX™, belong to Maana Clinical Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
