Booking and your first visit

How do I book?

Call or WhatsApp +91 99950 09403, or use our online booking form. We reply within 30 minutes during working hours. For urgent booking questions, please call.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book a spine assessment directly.

What happens at the first visit?

A spine assessment of 30 to 45 minutes with a physiotherapist: your history, a symptom assessment, special tests, and a review of any MRI, X-ray or lab reports you bring. You'll get a physiotherapy diagnosis and a personalised plan.

How much does the first visit cost?

The consultation fee is ₹250.

Do I need an MRI before I come?

No. If a scan would help, your physiotherapist will recommend an MRI or X-ray. Bring any reports you already have.

Can treatment start the same day?

Often, yes, depending on your diagnosis and reports.

Fees and insurance

How much does treatment cost?

Treatment fees are worked out after your assessment, once your physiotherapist knows what your plan involves. We don't publish treatment prices.

Do you accept health insurance?

Insurance is by reimbursement only; we don't offer cashless treatment. We provide the documents you need for your claim.

Is follow-up included?

After a Maana Spine DTX™ program, follow-up is in person at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. The 1- and 3-month follow-ups are included in your program fee; the 6- and 12-month reviews are charged separately.

Treatment

What is Maana Spine DTX™?

Our personalised, non-surgical Precision Spine Care program, with six stages: Assess, Decompress, Restore, Strengthen, Empower and Maintain. It's typically 15 to 25 outpatient sessions of 60 to 75 minutes each.

Will I have spinal decompression?

Only where it suits your condition. If it doesn't, your plan uses other therapies, such as pulsed signal therapy (PST), shockwave therapy (ESWT), physiotherapist-led stretching and exercise therapy.

Is the decompression technology FDA-cleared?

We use US FDA 510(k)-cleared spinal decompression technology.

Will I need surgery?

Non-surgical care is a reasonable first step for most people, and surgery stays available. If your assessment suggests you should see a surgeon, we'll tell you honestly.

Will I see a doctor?

No. Maana Spine is physiotherapist-led. If you need a doctor, we'll tell you.
